The AAC 3-Pass Swiftpack® Carbon Filter System is designed using the latest carbon filter technology and is suitable for small to large odour control and dust extraction in waste to energy plants.
Within the AAC 3-pass carbon filter system, a 3-stage pre-filtration section is installed to protect the carbon media from blinding from any dust contamination.

• Plastic refillable filter trays
• Spent activated carbon can often be recycled FREE of Charge in the UK.
Where carbon recycling is possible, this leads to a reduction in the running costs for this element of a large project.
We offer a complete design and manufacture service that includes full 3D and 2D CAD capability, KST dust sample analysis and reports, dust collectors, odour abatement filtration, instrumentation and controls, fans, VSD’s, and ducting all to the highest standard of engineering to meet your project requirements.
The installation of AAC PR filter cells in the AAC 3-pass carbon filter system enables the activated carbon media to be emptied and re-filled many times over the course of the lifespan of the filter cell, contributing to the reduced running cost of the carbon filter system by minimising the times that filter replacement is required. The 3-pass capability of this carbon filter system also enables different media types to be utilised allowing the removal of both general gases and odours, as well as specific gases such as ammonia.
