Carbon Filter Systems for Solvent Fume Extraction
Our carbon filters are designed to deliver high-efficiency removal in a range of substances, including:
• Methyl Ethyl Ketone
• Acetic Acid
The AAC PR™ range of plastic refillable carbon filters are built for economy and performance and are available in a full range of standard sizes. For bespoke projects, we offer a competitively-priced design and manufacture service.
• Print Works
• Paint Factories
• Spray Paint Booths
The AAC Swiftpack® System is designed to enable the AAC PR™ range of carbon filters to be installed into new and existing projects where solvent fume extraction is required. The type of solution selected is dependent on the volume flow rate and concentration levels.
• Incorporates the AAC PR™ plastic refillable filter system
• Pre and after filtration capability
• Hinged/lift-off access door
• Airtight, brush pile seals
• CNC production for uniform product construction
• CNC punched hole flanges for accurate ductwork connection
• Modular configurations
• Robust Construction
• AAC Colourcell® Media Filter
• Refillable System
The AAC BFV Bulk Filter is ideal for solvent fume applications that require large quantities of activated carbon. This robust carbon filter is suitable for low to high volume flow rates and low to high concentrations. Manufactured in a selection of material options, this high-performance carbon filter system is supplied with bespoke connection sizes along with media refill ports and drain connections.
These systems are suitable for concentrations up to 50ppm.
The AAC DFV200 Drum Filter is a competitively priced, single-use carbon filter that provides excellent solvent fume removal capability in applications with a maximum flow rate of 250m3/hr.
These carbon filter vessels are manufactured in mild steel, 316 stainless steel or polypropylene and require no maintenance.
The AAC Swiftkit® System is designed for installation into empty air handling unit sections where fume extraction is a requirement and is suitable for low to high volume flow rates and low to high concentrations.
The AAC Swiftkit® System incorporates a “kit of parts“ solution which enables carbon filters to be easily retrofitted into existing air handling unit sections on-site where odour control is a requirement.
As an alternative, we offer the AAC Skeleton Frame which is easily installed and simply slides within an empty AHU section and blanked off to avoid any air bypass.
Both of these products are suitable for new and retrofit air handling applications.
We can supply an extensive range of high-performance Activated Carbon for solvent fume extraction applications, such as fume cupboards, print works, paint factories, and spray paint booths.
The AAC Colourcell® Media Filter System is designed to offer a first stage analysis of the condition of installed activated carbon. This patented solution provides end-users with an important visual indication of the status of the media, and when it may require to be replaced.
AAC Eurovent offers a fast turnaround media re-supply and safe media disposal service for new and existing systems and holds a current Waste Carriers Licence.
