The Lynx media contained within the AAC Colourcell® responds to changes in the condition of the installed activated carbon/dry chemical scrubbing media through a sequence of colour changes. This provides an important visual indication of the condition of the media contained within the filter system.
By monitoring changes in the appearance of the Lynx media in the AAC Colourcell® filter cell, it is easy to assess the condition of the installed activated carbon/dry chemical scrubbing media.
A bespoke formulation of AAC Colourcell® is available for indoor air NOx reduction projects that utilise AAC Nitrosorb® and is available to assist end-users and maintenance personnel to measure the performance of AAC Nitrosorb® media over time.
