Carbon Filters

The AAC PR range of plastic refillable Carbon Filters is well established in the Air Filtration market place. Available in a full range of standard sizes, these high performance filters are designed for economy and performance. In addition to our standard carbon filters, we offer a competitively priced bespoke design service for larger Carbon Filter projects.

Carbon Filter Housings

The AAC Swiftpack® System is a robust Carbon Filter Housing solution designed for both new and existing ducted systems.

Carbon Filters for Air Handling Units (AHUs)

The AAC Swiftkit® Carbon Filter System is designed to assist Air Handling Unit manufacturers to fit Carbon Filters into their Air Handling Units. This robust “kit of parts” Carbon Filter System enabled Air Handling Unit manufacturers to quickly and easily incorporate the AAC PR range of refillable Carbon Filters into their Air Handling Units (AHUs).

Bulk Filter Vessels

The AAC BFV Bulk Filter Vessel is designed to deliver high quality odour control and VOC Abatement in wide range of applications and is suitable for low to medium volume flow-rates with a high odour or VOC component from 0.5m3/s up to 2.5m3 /s per vessel.

Passive Vent

The AAC PV Passive Vent is designed to adsorb vent gases from sewerage process and digestion tanks on a passive basis. This high performance Carbon Filter has a capacity of up to 430m3/h to give a minimum of 0.5 second dwell time at maximum flow rate.

Drum Filter Vessel

The AAC DFV200 Drum Filter Vessel is designed for vapour and low flow rate applications which require an effective solution for the removal of organic and inorganic odours including: formaldehyde, ammonia and hydrogen sulphide from air or gas streams.

Skeleton Frames

The AAC Skeleton-Frame enables the AAC PR plastic refillable Carbon Filters to be installed into air handling units (AHUs). This robust Carbon Filter is particularly suited to smaller applications with low dwell times and volume flowrates between 0.1 m3 /s and 2.5m3/s.

To support our valued customers, we offer a competitively priced, fast turnaround, Activated Carbon re -supply and low cost media disposal service.

Carbon Canisters

The AAC CF Carbon Canister is filled with 3mm virgin Activated Carbon pellets, to deliver maximum Air Filtration potential in a range of applications.


For Indoor Air Filtration projects which require a high quality mitigation solution for NOx (NO and NO2), we offer the independently tested and verified AAC NITROSORB®.

Electrostatic Precipitators

The AAC ESP Electrostatic Precipitator utilizes market leading ESP technology to deliver a competitively priced and durable high performance solution for smoke and grease reduction in harsh commercial kitchen environments.
