Skeleton-Frames

Introduction

The AAC Skeleton-Frame™ carbon filter housing has been designed to enable carbon filters to be installed into air handling units, and is suitable for a wide variety of odour control and air filtration applications.

Features

The AAC Skeleton-Frame™ is constructed from welded mild steel or an aluminium tubular frame with top, bottom and rear galvanised mild steel sealing panels, the Skeleton-Frame is fitted with high quality extruded aluminium filter slides complete with brush pile seals to provide an effective air seal to the filter cells. Finally a removable access door can be fitted to fully seal the filter cells into the Skeleton-Frame™. This is secured into place with handwheel style knobs. The unit is finally sealed into the Air Handling Unit using galvanised mild steel angle cloaking strips to prevent any air by-pass.
