MC Eurovent Limited holds large stocks of different types of Dry Chemical Scrubbing media for many of its clients to ensure a fast and efficient media replacement service is available. All products supplied by AAC Eurovent Limited have a detailed Specification Sheet as well as a current Health & Safety Data Sheet which are both available upon request.

All its plastic refillable filter cell components are also held in stock to ensure a rapid turnaround in filter replacement.

The Company employs its own team of Personnel dedicated to replacement media projects and can offer its vast experience and knowledge with respect to correct media selection for each application. The Company employees its own directly employed labour to ensure it can meet with its Customers expectations in terms of competence, servicing time and overall quality.

Media replacements are always carried out with an emphasis on Safety and Site Cleanliness with its employees being regularly updated on Training Courses with attendance at recognised Safety establishments. Where necessary Risk Assessments are carried out as a pre-requisite and an evaluation as to any potential hazards and any special Safety equipment that may be required.

All plant and equipment necessary to carry out media replacement is available to carry out the work in the most efficient and safest manner possible with due regard to the Site operating conditions.

All equipment used is (where applicable) tested and Certified in accordance with H&SE requirements and also in accordance with the lEE regulations.

All Personnel on site wear the appropriate personal protection equipment, dust masks, coveralls, safety footwear, Safety glasses, etc. whilst carrying out media replacements, all in compliance with COSHH regulations.

In order to protect a newly charged media bed it is important to change the prefilters almost as a matter of cause. AAC Eurovent Limited is able to supply all types of pre filter media suitable for virtually all Dry Chemical Scrubbing installations.

Standard size of filters should be replaced at regular intervals when fitted as these too can deteriorate over a period of time.

A comprehensive media testing service is available with some services being available free of charge - subject to certain conditions.

Media testing can take various forms ranging from C.T.C (Carbon Tetrachloride Testing) analysis, R.C.T Testing çesidual Capacity Testing), Diffusion Tubes, Corrosion Coupons and the AAC COLOURCELL.

Following the replacement of spent media this is then able to be disposed of by an approved disposal Company. This enables Clients to be free of any direct involvement in the organisation and logistics. A Certificate of safe disposal is then issued to Clients for their records.
