The AAC Swiftpack® NITROSORB® Filter System incorporates AAC NITROSORB® media into the AAC PR™ range of media filter cells to deliver a high-performance solution that is compatible with Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems (MVHRs).
The AAC Swiftpack® NITROSORB® Filter System offers the benefit of longevity, alongside low pressure drops, with no increased energy consumption from the indoor ventilation system.
A custom design and manufacture service is available to provide different sized units to suit multiple flow rates.
NOx (NO & NO2) Filters for Horizontal and Vertical Air Flows
The AAC Swiftpack® NITROSORB® Filter System is compatible with horizontal and vertical airflow designs. These compact units are suitable for a wide range of volume flow rates and can be made to present a low profile suitable for installation into a false ceiling void as low as 180mm.
The AAC Swiftpack® NITROSORB® Filter System meets the low pressure drop requirements of Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery units (MVHRs) installed under part F of the Building Regulations. PM10 or PM2.5 can easily be removed by the installation of a suitably rated particulate pre-filter, thus enabling them to comply with the particulate aspect of the legislation.
NOx (NO & NO2) Filters for Centralised Air Handling Plant
For projects with Centralised Air Handling plant the AAC NITROSORB® filter cells can be installed by means of the AAC Swiftkit® or the AAC Skeleton-Frame™.

AAC Swiftpack® NITROSORB® Filter System with Colourcell®
The unique AAC Colourcell® Media Filter System is a patented transparent filter cell which contains a specially formulated media designed to changes colour from white (New Media) to pink when the AAC NITROSORB media is spent.
This provides end users and maintenance technicians with a clear indication of the status of the NITROSORB® media and to when a media replacement project should be carried out. The results can of course be further verified by analysis of a media sample in the laboratory.
