Ozone Odour Control For Commercial Kitchens:
In addition to our portfolio of carbon filter products, we are delighted to be able to offer the Xtract™ 2100 and the Xtract™ 4200 range of commercial kitchen odour control units. The Xtract™ series uses ozone and ions to reduce odour, grease and smoke within the kitchen ductwork system. Both of these products can be used as standalone units, or in combination with conventional carbon filters to further eradicate kitchen odour. The carbon filter downstream carries out a two stage benefit i n both adsorbing residual odour, and by catalytic reaction which destroys any residual ozone. This pairing of odour control technologies provides an excellent combination for lower level discharges, and has the additional benefit of helping to extend the life of the carbon filter system.
